This extremely scarce UK pressing dates from c.1967 and was part of an experimental export batch which, unlike regular pressings, included a 'STEREO' indicator.
The disc has a standard UK yellow & black labels Parlophone: PCS 3075
Both include the 'Sold in UK...' text with 'The Gramophone Co...' rims.
Matrices: YEX 178-3 & YEX 179-3
Stamper codes: 2/GH & 2/GM
Vinyl weight: 167g (heavy for this period)
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover with the a black stereo indicator in the upper right corner of the front panel.
CONDITION
Cover: VERY GOOD
This rare example is a little tired and bears general handling & storagewear. However, it is fully intact with no seam stresses, writing or tears. Tough to find in any condition.
Disc: VERY GOOD
Played many times and does bear some noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. But everything sounds great and both sides play through without major distractions.
