This fine sounding U.S. (Winchester) pressing dates from 1978 on the purple Capitol label: SMAL-2835
Label variation: track 3, side 1 is listed as '(THE) FOOL ON THE HILL'.
It uses the same source tapes as the 1967 1st pressing.
Matrices: SMAL-1-2835-G48#2 & SMAL-2-2835-J52 X#2ML
'MASTERED BY CAPITOL' and the 'rifle' symbol is present on both run-outs

Housed in a semi-gloss gatefold cover manufactured without the booklet.
