Description

Released on 6th June 1975, (the same day as their official album 'Made In The Shade') this was the third archive compilation album put together by Allen Klein's ABKO company who had then control of the Decca catalogue.

This fascinating album contains outtakes and alternate versions of songs recorded from 1964 to 1970:

Side 1:

This 16-track, 2-sided UK Decca TEST PRESSING dates from May 1975 hawith pink Decca test labels each side.

The side 1 label is annotated: 'XZAL 13897 P1W SKL 5212 METAMOPHOSIS ROLLING STONES'

The side 2 labels bears a factory stamp of the disc's catalogue number: SKL 5212

Machine stamped matrices: XZAL-13897.P-1W & XZAL-13898.P-2W

Earliest possible stamper codes: 1/B & 1/B

With original annotated poly-lined inner-sleeve, no cover.
