This superb sounding 1965 UK 2nd mono pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 1267

Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text and 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.

An 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label.

Both are clean & bright showing nothing more than a small number of well-aimed spindle trails around each centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces bearing just one or two light surface marks either side  but nothing we could call a scratch. Close examination directly beneath halogen light reveals just some wispy paper-type hairlines consistent with inner-sleeve removal/contact.

Audio: EXCELLENT +

Always a pleasure to hear this silky smooth cutting and it shines to fully effect on this little played, well looked after copy. All tracks play superbly with only the delicate 'Michelle' exhibiting any trace of vinyl background.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A strong and clean example with a richly coloured, unfaded front panel bearing a hint of storage rubbing but no 'thumbnail' wrinkles. There is minor shelfwear to the corner tips and a little wear but no signs of damage to either opening edge. The rear panel is clean with just a few light age-related blemishes. All flipbacks are in-place, and both seams and the fully worded spine are undamaged
