This superb sounding UK 1st stereo pressing dates from initial July 1964 release on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3058

Both labels have the earliest 'chubby' font with the 'Sold in UK...' text and 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.

Matrices: YEX 126-1 & YEX 127-1

Stamper codes: 2/RA & 2/GM

Vinyl weight:  157g

House in a front laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover with a 'mid-sized' front stereo indicator.

Complete with original poly-lined 'Use Emitex...' inner-sleeve.

Clean & bright with some light spindle trails around each centre hole.

Visual: VERY GOOD +

Clean & glossy playing surfaces bearing nothing more than a couple of harmless fingernail scuff lines on each side.

Played with care on quality equipment only, this great sounding pressing from early stampers plays clean & clearly throughout with no distractions or faults.

A clean, strong & fully intact example of this early cover type with light handling & storagewear only. The front panel has light rubbing from storage and a handful of small 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards the opening edge. There is some shelfwear to the lower corners and a small mark at the lower end of the opening edge. The rear panel is clean overall with a small name written in the upper left corner. All flipbacks are in-place, and both seams and the fully worded spine are undamaged

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
